The fact that a second individual, was involved in such an incident suggests a troubling pattern that must be addressed immediately. The physical hit was so bad to the point where it left a bruise under his eye and left scratches. Adam also pointed to a male teacher when i asked him who had hit him. He also says that the people there pinch him. When i had come to pick him up on the day of the incident, i found him sitting down sobbing uncontrollably and the staff there did not care.

The staff and teachers are very kind. They provide great support for the kids and offer excellent responses in terms of solutions and feedback.
