Thanks the Nido team for the care and dedication you have shown to both of my daughters, Luna and Lucy, over the past year. Your personalized and flexible approach to education, along with your respect for each child's individuality and personal choices, has truly made a positive impact on our family.
Thanks for the educators again who has been part of Luna and Lucy's journey. We deeply appreciate the love, support, and guidance you've provided.
Adam's experience at daycare, where he was hit rather hardly, underscores a critical issue that must be addressed with urgency. Such incidents not only jeopardize the safety and well-being of children but also undermine the trust that parents place in these institutions. It is imperative that daycare facilities enforce strict policies and training to ensure that all staff members adhere to appropriate conduct and conflict resolution techniques. No child should ever be subjected to physical harm in a place that is meant to provide a nurturing and protective environment. By addressing this issue head-on and implementing comprehensive safeguards, we can prevent future incidents and uphold the highest standards of care for every child entrusted to these facilities. When hit Adam at daycare, it not only highlighted a serious breach of appropriate behavior among staff members but also revealed a systemic failure in the daycare's supervision and training protocols. The fact that a second individual, was involved in such an incident suggests a troubling pattern that must be addressed immediately. Such behavior compromises the safety and emotional well-being of children, eroding the trust that parents place in these facilities. To prevent further occurrences, it is essential for the daycare to implement stringent measures, including comprehensive staff training on proper conduct, conflict resolution, and emergency response procedures. Ensuring that every staff member adheres to these standards is crucial for maintaining a safe and supportive environment for all children. The physical hit was so bad to the point where it left a bruise under his eye and left scratches. Adam also pointed to a male teacher when i asked him who had hit him. He also says that the people there pinch him. When i had come to pick him up on the day of the incident, i found him sitting down sobbing uncontrollably and the staff there did not care.
The staff and teachers are very kind.
They provide great support for the kids and offer excellent responses in terms of solutions and feedback.
A great daycare centre, very clean and well kept. The staff are very welcoming and the care they provide has been wonderful. The stories and photos shared each day show how much thought goes into making each day exciting with something new to learn.
