We would strongly recommend the Great Begging, Southern River as the daycare has been a great asset to our family. Kids adore spending time with this wonderful, upbeat staff since they are so pleasant, incredibly caring, and kind. Our three-year-old son is always content to be there, and he has made great progress and mastered a lot of new abilities. They do fun educational activities each day and we love the updates on the App with the photographs. Additionally, we are pleased with the management, especially the manner they were interacting with the parents.

When we first made the decision to change day care centres for our only daughter at the beginning of 2023 it was a daunting decision after a major incident at the previous well reputed centre. Great Beginnings Southern River has been an incredible experience for my family! From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt welcomed by the warm and friendly staff. The facilities are clean, modern, and well-equipped, providing a safe and stimulating environment for the children. The educators are not only passionate but also genuinely care about each child's development. They engage the children through fun and educational activities that encourage creativity and social skills. I’ve noticed significant growth in my child since starting here, both in confidence and learning! Communication is excellent; I appreciate the regular updates and feedback on my child’s progress. It’s clear that the staff takes the time to get to know the kids and their individual needs. I highly recommend Great Beginnings Southern River to any parent looking for a nurturing and enriching place for their child to learn and grow. Thank you for everything you do!

We Would like to appreciate the amazing team at Great Beginnings Southern River for creating such a warm and welcoming environment for children to thrive physically and mentally. All the Educators there are lovely! The team leads in Early Learners especially Amitaben,Varalakshmi and Fazeelat are so invested in making children have the best productive day with creative and nurturing indoor and outdoor activities! They have made such a loving bond with our little one that she keenly looks forward to going to day care which clearly indicates the time and effort the educators have invested to make her feel so comfortable. Centre Manager Shani and Assistant Manager Rhys are always very approachable and assist promptly with a smiling face. Thank you and keep up the good work everyone!

The team at Great Beginnings Southern River are simply amazing. They are everything I could ask for in a place to put the care of my little one in. From their diverse and nutritional menus, tailored age-appropriate learning programs and experiences, to their inclusiveness and celebrations of culture they are providing all the opportunities for my child to grow and develop. I love receiving updates throughout the day of what my child has been up to, and they especially enjoy the weekly soccer incursions :) The management team there are great. They are always prompt to respond to my enquiries and always welcoming to a chat. I cannot fault the educators in my childs room. They have simply been the best! From day one, they have been friendly and welcoming. They have truly taken the time to develop a relationship with my child to ensure they feel safe and happy each day and embed their interests into the learning programs. We are very grateful to have such an amazing place for our little one!

Sadly with the change of the staff, the level of care for the children has dropped consequently. As a parent we are tired of complaining and there is no better outcomes with new staff. Hopefully the management will train their staff for better approaches.

Best daycare! My girls (2yrs + 4yrs) love it and both adore all of the educators, not to mention how comfortable the place feels and how welcoming all the staff are on the daily! Appreciate this daycare so much for taking the best care of my babies. Also breakfast being served to them as soon as we arrive? Love that so much! As I start work early so have needed to drop them off at 6:30am every morning knowing they get breakfast upon arriving takes so much off me. Thank you Great Beginnings!

I love this centre! They have been amazing in helping with the transition of our first child into part time childcare. Rhys and Shani (management) are very friendly and knowledgeable… and the educators are all happy and attentive to the kids. My child has been in the Early Learners (2 years plus) room for most of 2023 and he loves it. They organise visiting dance and sport programs for the kids without any extra charges and even special events for Mother’s Day for parents to get involved. I especially appreciate one of the lead early learner educators named Amitaben - she is very kind and comforting.. and such a beautiful person. I feel very comfortable leaving my son in her care. You won’t regret enrolling your child here.
