Kids Crib Outside School Hours & Vacation Care

I've had both my children attend Kids Crib, my son still attends now but unfortunately my daughter is now in high school. Tracey and the team are always so understanding, accommodating and always go above and beyond. Can't thank Tracey enoughfor going above and beyond for my daughter who was struggling with bullying and mental health issues, Tracey became one of her very strong support people, who she felt safe and happy to talk to. My son absolutely loves attending here.

My daughter has been attending Kids Crib for many years now and I can honestly say it is the best OSH/Vacation Care I have had a child attend in 20 years..Tracy is amazing and goes out of her way to help out. Her staff are always excellent. It is a relief for me to know that my daughter is in safe and nurturing hands whilst I am at work. I highly recommend Kids Crib and I do whenever I can. Thankyou for always being there for us Tracy.

Kids Crib is the most amazing centre all of my children have attended. I've had 3 children who are now adults and in their 20's who have attended from the very first day Tracey opened her centre. I now have 3 younger children attending holiday care and after school care, as of next year i will have my 4th the youngest attending the centre. Tracey and her staff are amazing, helpful, supportive, friendly, passionate and will go above and beyond to cater to the needs of the children who attend the centre. The most friendly and amazing staff work there and their is no better place for your children to attend holiday care around the gosnells area. All up I will have had 7 children attending Kids Crib. My kids absolutely love going and always ask if it's on, on the weekends. soo much fun for the kid's. Keeps them in the routine for when they start back at school.

I have been dealing with Tracy and she is nothing but rude. I was trying to enroll my daughter for vacation care and this place doesn't a landline phone(unprofessional) so that's why I had to message and call her mobile number. She is unprofessional and rude. Told me she is blocking my number (. If you are blaming me for messaging you or calling you during odd hours or invading your family time then why don't you keep a landline phone like a proper business).. I was only trying to get my daughter enrolled and to be told she is blocking me is very very unprofessional.She said she has called me but I've checked my phone and there was no call from her which is a lie.. I am a parent looking for a vacation care. Tracy will twist the story and blame you. It's fine if all things are good but when it's not she shows her colours. I am happy the enrollment dint go through due to her slackness

Tracey is absolutely amazing! I could not recommend her enough. Tracey and her valuable team are now part of my childrens routine. They play a very important and active part of our lives. I tell alot of my friends about this vacation care as it's not like anything else I have ever seen. They definitely make my work and life balance alot easier for my children and I. I can’t thank Tracey and the Educators enough what an amazing job they all do. My 2 girls love attending the service. I always know my children’s health safety and well-being is always top priority. It’s fantastic to be able to find a service that you 100% feel safe with and have no doubt about the care your children will receive. All staff go above and beyond. 100% recommend this service
