Parent Reviews
Great daycare, my daughter has been going for a year now and loves it ! they now have the daycare app to see your child through the day, and they always do great indoor activities especially when it’s raining. This daycare is smaller then other daycares and so far I have seen no staff turn over, always the same workers who know each and every child well. my daughter has made a close relationship with the workers and is always wanting a hug, lots of the older children from kindy room greet my child (who is in the baby room) and get excited to see her and say goodbye to her. All of the children know each other and it’s very close-knit.
They have a good selection of meals everyday and I have 0 complaints, it really is a lovely small daycare in a quiet area , I usually see my daughter playing outside with friends when I drive past to the shops , and I’m able to take her to the park just across the road when I pick her up. office staff get back to you very quickly with any enquiries and are fast replying over email when not in the office and are very lovely to deal with. Some days my daughter comes home with her hair in a cute piggy tail. It shows the effort, time and love the workers show to the children there with the small things.
Don’t do it
We had our daughter attend Tiny Tribe for a few months. A couple of issues we had faced was that they do not use any app, that helps to keep track on a real-time basis of what your child is up to throughout the day, so you have to call them up or view the board when you go to collect your child. Most childcares offer this now. Most of the staff are good, but there is one of the centre head/ manager, who seems to have an attitude problem going on. She never greets you when you are either dropping your child off or picking them up. Most of the time, you just get ignored like she did not even see you. I am not sure if she does this on purpose and on a selective basis, but I don't think any parents would appreciate leaving their child to such hospitality!
My 5 month old goes to tiny tribe, the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My son is always happy and smiling when i pick him up. The centre has a very homely feel and i Couldnt of asked for better staff to care for him.
Dear Tiny Tribe Team, please don’t be disheartened by one negative review- you are amazing! I am shocked and outraged to read the very unfair review from Amit Verma about “ a serious issue “ , “biting”, to quote him.
It is quite common for children to use biting to assert themselves, express their frustration, communicate their wants , defend themselves as well as explored. Knowing the amazing team at Tiny Tribe really well, they are implementing behavioural guidance strategies, shadowing children going through a phase during which they might attempt to bite and redirecting unwanted behaviour while still giving all children the love and nurture they deserve.
The staff in this wonderful centre are not helpless as he writes, they are proactive and knowledgeable professionals.
From last few months biting become a serious issue in this childcare. Staff is helpless, Unfortunately I need to remove my child. Choice is yours!!!! 🙁
