So happy with the staff and care given to my children, would highly recommend. Staff are genuinely caring and very considerate always happy to continue the same routines as home. Very accommodating in my eyes. I’ve been coming to the centre for the past 3.5 yrs and can honestly say the staff are amazing!
Very good hands-on-care to the children, however communication could improve. The centre does not use an app for reporting sleep, nappy changes, meals or incidents (even though they have access to the functionality). In lieu, a "photo" of the hand written daily sleep and meal record is posted for all children late in the day.
The educators of cricket room are awesome. They genuinely care for children and try their best to create a bond with children especially who are new to the care. Anna, Li Chin and their colleagues are professional and caring. I was very confident to leave my little girl who was only 16 months and never had exposure to any care other than family members with Anna , Li Chin and their colleagues. They really care for her and help her to settle. Thank you for your great work. What you are doing is such an important job and have a wider impact on society by sure:-)
I would not put an animal in care at this centre. My child suffered horrendous things a child should never have to here 3 years ago. Staff were not only unsafe but dangerous. My biggest regret ever was trusting them with his care.
Amazing educators in the babies (butterflies) room! Very attentive, patient and responsive to baby's needs. Centre is also clean and the admin staff are responsive.
My daughter has been attending the Susan Teather Early Learning Centre for a year so it's about time I wrote a review! I cannot say enough positive things about our experience at this daycare. The staff are outstanding, very caring and accommodating, and they do so many fun learning activities with the children. My wife and I have been impressed with the consistently high standard of care. And our daughter loves all her daycare 'aunties'! None of the grandparents are based in Perth so it's been very important that we create a support network to support our family. Wanslea is a vital part of that. Thank you Susana, Zoe, Pam and the Butterflies team! Xx
Hands down the best daycare! My children started attending STC since they were 8 months old, the educators are extremely caring and loving, they love my kids like they were their own, and extremely low staff turnover. Very easy to communicate with the admin team and they always try their best to accommodate our request. They inform me of any incidents in a timely manner, and I know my kids are in safe hands. My kids wake up in the mornings excited for going to daycare every day, my older son started school this year and still asking when he can go back to dolphins room! I have recommended a few friends here, they are all very happy with the care received here.
Admin staff @ Murdoch child care centre are useless. For inquiries admin staff talking just rubbish. Once the parents get into trouble by letting the issues happened, they demanding money of thousands of $$$. I do not recommend this Child care centre at all. Extra headaches will remain.
