Jellybeans Child Care Como

My toddler has been attending Jellybeans Como since she was about 8 months old and the educators have been absolutely kind, loving, caring and patient with my child and also with me (as I have to admit I was nervous as a first time parent to put my child into another persons care). I cannot recommend Jellybeans Como enough! My toddler absolutely loves it here and so do both me and my husband! We are always relieved to see the same wonderful educators day to day as we know not everyone in other daycares have had the pleasure which reflects very much about their management being wonderful here! We cannot imagine placing our child anywhere else and we’re so grateful to have a place here for our little ones.

My daughter attended Jelly Beans Childcare in Como while we were living in Perth. She loved it and the staff and educators made such a huge impact on her learning development. They update you every hour on what your child has done throughout the day as well as activities they have done. I would highly recommend.

Awesome staff friendly and caring my boys love to be there

My daughter has been attending Jellybeans from 7 months of age and we can’t recommend them more. All the staff are welcoming and my daughter is always happy to go with any member of staff at drop off. They always updating us and taking time out of their busy days to up load photo so we can see how much fun their having. All staff members especially those in nursery have made starting daycare so easy and enjoyable for both us and our daughter.

We have loved our time at Jelly Beans Como! Our child leaves the centre happy as, and the educators are always friendly with an update or two about our child's day.

What an absolutely amazing facility! The centre is warm and homey and each room is appropriately fitted out for each age group. The educators are excellent, adapting to each child’s specific needs. The management team go above and beyond what is expected for all the families who attend the centre and the cook provides tasty and nutritious food for all the children, catering to individual dietary requirements. Would definitely recommend this top notch child care centre.

I have been asked to take down this review several times. My review is about the poor attitude, response and service provided by Anita and not the care. We have sent multiple, and I mean multiple reminders to fix problems with our Centrelink refund since we enrolled our son and he started on the 19th June. For many months she would ignore us, my husband asked each time and she would say she would fix it that night, nothing would be done. A few months ago I accidentally left a 1 star review because I was going to put a review on my phone and the app recorded a 1 star no comment review. Anita phoned my husband that day and we finally got part of the money refunded... Still the rebate was not fixed for our initial enrolment period so 3 weeks ago I wrote a negative review, again, finally hallelujah I got a phone call and some movement appeared to happen however we did not receive our final rebate from the 19th June to 2nd July. It has now been 3 weeks and I asked the daycare centre to provide me with the $200 while they sort the rebate. I understand that working with Centrelink can be difficult but Anita has repeatedly promised to do things and repeatedly not done them, I am not talking 3 times I am talking over 20 times. When you have to repeatedly contact someone and email and phone and visit and request it starts to feel like you are harassing them. We have been paitient but after several months of this, you start to lose patience. She only acts to avoid a negative review only and requests that you remove them. Her management of this is completely unacceptable. On a positive note I have no complaints about the staff and my son, he seems happy, its a nice environment. If it was not so nice, I would move him straight away because this is very poor management. That being said we have enquired about other local daycare centres, we are paying a lot for VERY POOR management and service and response to this Centrelink issue.
