ABOUT OUR EARLY LEARNING SERVICE We honour the diverse beliefs and values that each family brings to our Service and advocate for the rights of every child. We view childhood as a magical time… a time during which the true “being” of children should be honoured and celebrated. We are mindful to slow down and really appreciate the fact that it’s the little things that mean so much. ​ At Sparrow Early Learning Hilton, we believe in seeing the world through our child’s eyes we create an environment that promotes confidence and a willingness to learn and discover. Our environments are warm and vibrant provoke curiosity, friendships, learning and playfulness. We encourage children to appreciate, respect and learn more about the world in which they live. By extending and scaffolding on children’s interests we ignite a passion for learning through a play based curriculum that sees children as capable and competent beings. As passionate Educators we are determined to provide these avenues through interactive and play based learning where the creative and educational possibilities are endless. Laughter and fun paves the way for learning and discoveries that will forever be recalled in the memory banks of our children. ​ Our team of Educators are passionate in providing high quality care and education to the Early Years. Our Educators are all highly trained or currently studying their certificate 3, diploma or Early Childhood Qualifications as well as the ability to speak many languages.
