Hello, my name is Stephanie Young and I am the Centre Director here at Goodstart Parmelia.

I hold a Diploma of Children’s Services and have been working with children for over 10 years in many different roles including Assistant Educator, Lead Educator, Educational Leader, Assistant Director, Centre Director and I am also a Trained Ear Screener for Goodstart Early Learning.

I love watching children grow and develop and what really drives my passion for Early Childhood Education and Care is keeping children safe and ensuring that each child has a safe space here at day care. The team at Parmelia are exploring Key Educator Relationships to ensure each child feels safe, secure and respected at day care and that each family has a strong relationship with the educators to ensure that each child’s needs are met.

We have a beautiful natural environment at Parmelia and I would love to show you around our learning environments and introduce you to our team.
