I am trying to reply to Teena Tamblin's review however google is playing up.  In the interests of providing a timely response I have posted it here.

We are genuinely pleased to hear that your daughter has settled well into her new centre – we knew she wouldn’t have any difficulty.  She is a confident learner and keen to explore her surroundings.

We are sorry you feel negatively about your experience with us.

Our approach to child care focuses on each child as an individual and aims to create an amazing bond of respect, warmth and trust between educator and child where opportunities for rich learning abounds.  Learning is so much more than the physical things that get sent home.

We are not immune to staff turnover like any other provider in the industry.  We would love to but like anyone, we can’t guarantee staff continuity. We have compared ourselves against industry averages which we are within.  Our primary goal is that we recruit quality, caring staff who love children.  It is not possible to provide each child with an educator their parent naturally connects with.  We believe in time a professional relationship will emerge as parent and educator work toward the same purpose.

We believe that we have provided amazing care and education for your daughter from which she has benefited greatly but understand each parent has different expectations.  We respect your decision and sincerely wish you and your family every blessing for the future.

I can not recommend this centre enough,each room is set up beautifully and is inviting.The amazing staff at nippers are so caring, friendly  and passionate about what they do (my children always look forward to daycare days). Jordan (the director) and Amanda (director and owner) are both extremely supportive,welcoming and accomodating. They had my daughter's inclusion support sorted and approved in less than two weeks. They also have a fantastic osh club program to accommodate your older children. I have had my older two in a few centre's over the years and nippers is by far the best one I have had them in. Do yourself a favour and check nippers out, you won't regret it.

I moved my daughter out of this center a few months ago and it was the best thing i did. It wasn't until I made the move that I realised what Nippers didn't offer.
My daughter settled beautifully into her new place, comes home with new learnings and experiences (all age appropriate learnings of course), and even asks to go to day care on the weekend. This never (or very rarely) happened at Nippers.
Nippers have had some great staff who were no longer there. I never felt I developed relationships with the new staff, meaning I didn't really know who was looking after my child.
I felt communication in the centre needed improving.

I'm not a disgruntled parent, but a parent who wants the best for her child. Unfortunately i did not feel Nippers offered this.

Fantastic center kids are well cared for and the center is clean kids have lots to do
