Each year, the KindiCare Excellence Awards recognise the top performing early childhood education and care services in Australia. 

We give certificates, decals and praise to the services with an Excellent (9.0+) or Outstanding (9.5+) KindiCare Rating. 

And from this stellar bunch, we crown State, Territory and National Winners, who each receive a shiny trophy to treasure forever.  

Every single accolade means a lot, and here at KindiCare HQ, we can’t wait to hand out this year’s Awards. 

First, though, we’d like to share some super exciting news! 

In 2024, we are introducing a Families’ Choice Award to the KindiCare Excellence Awards. 

This new Award will recognise the early childhood education and care service that has received the highest number of five-star reviews from KindiCare families.  

Some services already have a lot of glowing reviews in their KindiCare listing, but if you’d love to see your service winning the Families’ Choice Award, then now’s the time to write a great review, and encourage other families to do the same! 

To boost your service’s chances of winning the Families’ Choice Award, all you need to do is: 

• Log in to the KindiCare App or kindicare.com 

• Search for your family’s current or former childcare service 

• Click the ‘Write a Review’ button in the service’s listing, and  

• Leave a positive review for your service, with a five-star rating 

You have until 15 October, 2024 to get your written review in, and the Families’ Choice Award Winner will be the childcare service with the highest number of positive reviews after that date.  

Please note that we will only count genuine, written reviews relating to the specific service, so no spam please. 

And have a good think about what you want to write, and how your review will be helpful for other families. 

After all, we’re all on this childcare journey together, and community goes to the heart of the Families’ Choice Award.
