First, think about the kind of role you’d love. 

A job change isn’t something you do every second, so it’s good to think about the job features and opportunities that will make a new role fulfilling in the medium- to long-term.  

You may be looking for a practical change, like a more convenient work commute; an emotional change, such as a more motivated team; a financial change, like a bigger salary or more generous suite of incentives; or you may be seeking new challenges by levelling up your career.

Next, work out your recruitment timeline.

And if you are struggling to put a great resume together, don’t despair!
