My child attended since they were 10months off until they went to school. Many of the staff are longstanding, two of them have been there for over 30 years! They are so incredibly caring and it was so sad when we had to transition to school. They created our 'village' when we didn't have our own. Thank you Magic Pudding team. We miss you!!
Our 2.5 year old goes to Magic Pudding and we would like to thank you for all the support and nurture the educators have provided over the last 1.5 years of his time there. It has been such a difficult time for everyone due to COVID. We appreciate the hard work the childcare and educators have put in to make sure there is the right balance to ensure we have a safe environment while still making them feel welcomed and engaged.

Children at this daycare are always crying - not just crying but screaming/crying - not at times of drop off or pick up. Dont send your kids here if you like then being content and happy edit: to everyone saying my review was wrong or inaccurate. i lived above this childcare centre for 3+ years.... someone gave it 5 stars and said they "walk by it all the time" ....
We've had two kids go here. One from babies room all the way through to leaving for school and one in the babies room now. The educators are so wonderful and caring and attentive. Kids of all ages thrive here. The communication is excellent. Couldn't rate it more highly.

My child goes here. They have a great outdoor area for kids to go and socialise in open air. Their staff is very friends and attentive toward the kids who go there

Out little girl went to MP for about a year. To tell the truth, we were happy when she got a spot elsewhere. Our little one was in the baby room - there were 16 babies/toddlers, which is a larger amount of children than in most other centres we know (up to 12 babies). It was therefore quite noisy and busy most of the time, which is not necessarily what you want for a baby. Some staff were great, and were at the centre for a long time, but others seemed very disengaged and ‘cold’. Most of the educators also seemed stressed often, which we do not find to be the case in our new centre. There was no ‘home away from home’ athmosphere, it was all quite sterile and business like. There also is not much community engagement if that is important to you, apart from an Xmas party and, as I recall, a mother’s day event. The educational program is good, but it was probably a bit intense for a baby room (the activities changed so often that not much learning could occur). It’s not a bad centre, but it certainly is not a ‘Hilton’ either. Perhaps it’s better suited for older children?
My daughter is here since 2 years old. Magic pudding is the best among all the childcares we have used. My daughter likes magic pudding. She is happy and safe. We trust the educaters are doing their best.

children cry for many reasons, they cry when they are hungry, tired, sad, frustrated, angry or sick. Children use cry to communicate with adults, especially babies and toddlers, even adults cry sometimes. But it is ok, they will gradually build confidence, self worth, self esteem and trust with carers attending to them physically and emotionally. Through comforting, reassurance and acknowledging their unmet needs, children will learn the skills from adult's caring, modelling and learn to deal with the diffculties independently in the future.
