St Gabriel's OSHC

St Gabriel’s School is at the forefront of special education. This school has changed my son’s life and given him so many opportunities and life skills. He has complex needs and has been attending St Gabriel’s for the last 5 years. After searching for a suitable school (and being rejected from several) we found St Gabriel’s and I feel so glad and lucky that we did. The facilities are second to none - the classrooms are purpose built and our son considers it his ‘safe space’, the sensory playground is amazing and the mini Woolworths shop is fantastic for students learning employment and financial skills. The staff are the most caring, patient and understanding people I have ever met. As a teacher myself I take my hat off to them - they are selfless and truly do this job for the love of our children. I’m forever grateful to Mrs. Biggs for enrolling us, and every day I am happy knowing that my son is safe and well cared for at school.

We love our school. Our son has been enrolled here for nearly a decade now and he is thriving! Gabs has caring, professional and compassionate staff, great teachers and a firm community. Our sense of community had a setback (like everybody did) during the pandemic and of course the new building project (which happened at the same time!). But we have made it through and our community is going through a growth period. St Gabriel's needs our support and yes, it's not perfect, but what is? We're all in this together. Thank you!

The teachers pick sides of students, there just very expensive, does not give enough education and gives you more free time.

Amazing school with caring educators and a beautiful community. A school where everyone knows all the kids and they all feel comfortable in the environment. Plenty of extra curricular activities and things our kids can’t get at most schools like after school and holiday care. If you have made it this far I’d definitely advise to go the next step and have a tour of the school you won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful school- caring staff. Great level of special education expertise. The school has recently undergone renovations so amazing facilities. Can’t fault St Gabriel’s!

Outstanding school with great commitment to the best outcomes for the kids and great communication with the parents. Every staff member that we have met at school or via any communication have been exceptional.
