Kind and helpful staff .

We are enrolled with preschool services and the staff, program and resources have been amazing. Our child's confidence and knowledge has grown in leaps and bounds

Very bad experience. Avoid this organization! Very bad service! Waste our time to get there and said the service is cancel without any alternative provided! The fact is that we have made this appointment a month ago and confirmed the booking! If negative star can be provided, I will give negative star! By the way, the staff actually offered a "suggestion" which asked us to come back 4.5 hours later in the afternoon for the "mercy" of cancellation service of other clients. After that, we need to wait for 1 more month for another session. I don't criticize the service lightly but I really feel disrespectful under this circumstance. I wonder how "qualify" service will be provided if the organization always changes the schedules and cancel the service due to accidentally "double booking" in their systems! Then, the client who has booked the service was asked to leave due to their schedules are full already. I spent more than 2 months to arrange the booking with your organization and have a great hope on your service. However, it returns with huge disappointment.

Learning Links Pre-school was amazing for my son. He was diagnosed with non-verbal autism. He took awhile to get use to a routine but once there he had an excellent time. The educators are warm, welcoming, kind and understanding to my son’s special needs. They provided a lot of sensory activities as well as had a great range of equipment for my child who seeks a lot of the gross motor skills. My son improved socially in leaps and bounds in the time he was with Learning Links. It was a wonderful experience given the hard struggles we had in his previous preschools. Sarah and Melissa guided us through the transition from preschool to big school (kindy) 100% without a doubt, I would put my child into this centre again. Learning links specialist (OT’s & Speech) and the supported playgroup at Oatley are amazing also. Great organisation!!!!
