Parent Reviews
I didn't go here often, but when I did it was always fine. Nothing great, just fine.
I used to go here when i was in primary school it sucked so much that i eventually posted a 1 star review they later made me take down my review. Most of the 5 star reviews are the red shed staff or parents blinded by the truth that this is the worst caring place in existence. Go ahead Mel "email my mum" about my review for all i care lol.
I used to go to this childcare place,
it is really bad.
Okay. Before I start this review, I'd just like to disclaim that this poor review isn't some cheap shot at humour. Instead, it's meant to serve as an insightful revelation to the staff and workers at this establishment. From what I've heard, these students leaving poor reviews have real concerns that they are leaving reviews on in an effort to change it for the better. Instead of using it to actually improve the quality of their services, Red Shed views these reviews as insincere attempts at jokes made by a bunch of rebellious hoodlums. These are real people with real problems that they are trying to make an effort to fix. And they are forced to remove these poor reviews as it is seen as 'bad for business'. If the business was good in the first place, the reviews might have been positive and good for business. It is, but, mere speculation that these reviews are mostly left to be informative to those reading it. And the greed that's being shown is rather embarassing on the business owner's part. Student and public voice is something that's being heavily promoted. There's no reason for it to be taken away. Especially in such a forceful manner. Extensive enough to seize the students' devices and log on to their personal accounts in order to take down the poor reviews. This move is directly petty and invasive. What I am making an effort to do here is to try to shed light and stand up for what I feel is right. And I just hope it isn't in vain. It really is unfortunate, what these students are forced to do every day without proper change being made. All because the reviews being left are 'bad for business'. There is a reason Google has implemented this feature for reviews. We are merely utilising it to the advantage it was meant to provide us with. It is quite unambiguous, really, what we are trying to do. I'm trying to help this place, in a way and improve the quity of the service the clientele is receiving. It's rather prejudiced, what's happening here. The customers deserve what they're paying for. Nothing more. Nothing less. And what I feel like they're receiving is way less than what they deserve. That has to change for the sake of the young children enduring this sort of service from Red Shed. Instead of being unjustifiably resentful and aggrieved towards these reviews, properly take the time to analyse why the customer has left this review and put in the effort to fix it. Otherwise, you might as well learn to live with these poor reviews. The children deserve way better.
the red shed staff isnt funny
Always plenty of staff to help kids settle into their day and a variety of fun activities.
