Little Hearts Childcare Centre

I have sent two of my children to this wonderful childcare centre and it’s the best thing I have done! The staff are wonderful and have taught my children so much! From being independent to introducing new foods and learning.

Can not fault these guys, they are all loving and caring and their early education program is amazing. I have used other national branded day care centres and they are not even in the same game let alone the same league. Mike and Michelle and their staff and the environment they have created is wonderful.

I had an excellent experience at this childcare service and i will always remember the amazing people.

Michelle is one of the best educators I've come across in a long time, I haven't come across anyone else that is as involved and engaged in children's well-being.

Not good at all I fell behind in my fees by $33.43 but still tried to pay something my uncle passed away I had to move house my removalist cancelled and I had prepaid them $330 and they refused to give me my money back then my.mum was diagnosed with cancer that has just taken my uncle I tried to explain to management that I was going to pay I setup centre pay and made a payment arrangement but a week before Christmas they cancel my son's enrollment and refused to let him go on that day but said I would be charged for the day and today I get a letter from the centre management and they found a way to hurt me more I had called in sick twice on the 2 previous day's my son was due to attend because they made me feel so bad I had no money to pay I thought if I wait until I have money to give they won't cancel well they found out that if they don't charge me for that day they refused to let me son go then the 2 previous day's that I called in sick they can charge me full fees with no CCB or CCR which has added an extra $160 to a $215 and now they are threatening to send my overdue fees to a debt collector i have realized that my son stopped enjoying this centre when we were being harassed at the door for payment They also charge account late fees just mean and nasty
