**POSTING ON BEHALF OF A FRIEND*** "As a former parent of MRSS I strongly recommend any prospective parent whose child has learning challenges, Autism or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder NOT send their child to this school. This school does NOT advocate for assessment; they do NOT provide appropriate classroom accommodations, and they do NOT have an appreciation or understanding of neurodiversity. My extensive experience (I am a doctor of psychology), along with that of numerous other parents, is that MRSS do not believe ADHD and Autism are real diagnoses and the assistance they provide for children who struggle with reading and maths is minimal and not based in evidence. Subsequently, these children miss the critical period for intervention when there is capacity to refine and build on existing neural networks and they reach adulthood with dyslexia or dyscalculia. If you do decide to send your child to this school my very strong advice would be to ask MRSS to provide the specifics of the programs they use to help children with reading/maths challenges; ask if these programs are phonics based and provide direct instruction. Please refer to Auspeld’s guide for parents Understanding Learning Difficulties for a list of successful interventions. I am writing this in the hope that fewer neurodiverse children experience the trauma that comes from a bad school “fit”."

Attended the school tour, were informed to submit the application with a fee and the interview process for our child will be managed. Informed shortly after no openings(no interview or process of review) and there is also concern of specific discrimination depending on the child and situations. Personally we were very positive about trying however some of the negative feedback below seem to be true.

Everytime I drive past this school at pick up time the rude kids give me the middle finger!!!! Says it all about this school !!!!!!!!!!!!

Feel for the poor animals these kids have hurt or killed and staff don’t seem to care.

Go to this school if you want to teach your kid everything wrong in life!

I went to this school for over 8 years and it was horrible. Do not send your child here. I would give this school a 0 star but thats not possible, so i giev it a 1star
