Hello, My name is Rachelle and I am the Centre Director at Goodstart Campbelltown.
I am a Diploma qualified educator and have worked in various roles for Goodstart since 2011. I joined the Campbelltown Centre in 2022. I have a strong passion for the early years, children’s learning and development.
We are a child focused service that works in partnership with families, respecting children’s rights and proactively safeguarding children at our centre. We strengthen children’s development and wellbeing by creating secure, respectful relationships. We have a very strong focus on Key Educator Relationships and use our knowledge of The Circle of Security to ensure children feel supported. We recognise and respect the value of play in children’s learning and overall development focusing on processes and understanding.
I believe each child is an individual with their own interests, culture and needs. Children’s learning should extend on their ideas and voices as part of an inclusive program.
